website for a full cash refund, as long as the item is shipped back to us
within 10 days of receipt and is not modified or altered in any way. If the
item came with instructions, accessories or packaging materials, all must be
present to process a refund.
Guitarfetish.com does NOT charge a restocking
fee for items returned in as-new condition. We refund the original purchase

For a refund please write "RMA-XXXXX" on
the package- replacing the X's with your Order number. You can also use the
refund sticker from your invoice.
If you would like to exchange an order please
write "EXCHANGE" on the box, or you can place the exchange sticker
from your invoice on the box, and include a clear and detailed note explaining
which item you would like, your correct email address. If a balance is due
please include how you would like us to apply payment.
We gladly exchange all items within 60 days, as
long as they are returned with all original packaging.
Sorry, once a pickup's leads are cut we cannot refund
the purchase, but are happy to exchange it.
If you have received an item that you feel is
defective or not as advertised- PLEASE give us the chance to replace it for you
at our expense- If you want a refund due to your initial disappointment, please
refer to our standard return instructions above.
We process returns and exchanges once a week- so
please give us at least 5 business days from the receipt of your package to
process your return, exchange or refund.

All products marked either "Blem" or "Demo" are sold as Final Sale Items. Guitars purchased in our Clearance section are Final Sale, and may be returned only for store credit. They still carry a full one year warranty.
