| Returns and exchanges |
All stock items sold by Guitarfetish.com may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee for all items returned in the same condition as received.
Refunds are for the actual purchase price of the items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items returned in damaged condition will not be refunded.
Custom ordered items like Hand Wired pickguards are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We also offer a 60 day exchange policy. We will apply the full purchase price of any item purchased towards the current selling price of any item that we stock. If intermediate price changes have occured between the date of original purchase and the date of the exchange request, the lowest price offered by Guitarfetish.com within the last 60 days is applied.
Sorry, once a pickup's leads are cut we cannot refund the purchase, but are happy to exchange it.

Some of our products are also sold in ebay auctions and through the ebay store. This is a separate business from the Guitarfetish.com website and we cannot combine ebay orders with website purchases. |
| Blems, Clearance, and Demos |
|
All products marked either "Blem" or "Demo" are sold as Final Sale Items. Guitars purchased in our Clearance section are Final Sale, and may be returned only for store credit. They still carry a full one year warranty. |
