The highly figured paulownia wood is very light- bodies average around TWO pounds- You get the big open semi-acoustic sound of pine with the sustain and warmth of Alder.
These are finished in thin, super-hard urethane- NOT hazy polyester. We think you'll be quite pleased with the quality of these bodies, and the price CANNOT be beat!
