The Xaviere XV-JT90 is stunning combination of traditional goodness with a thoroughly modern rethink.

The lightweight solid Alder offset body houses a pair of full retail-version GFS pickups. We've loaded the solid steel tele-style bridge with the famous GFS Fatbody, wound to a blistering 10K. The neck sports our GFS Mini Crunchy- for sweet, soulful mini humbucker tones. The combination of pickups is just perfect- we find the extra wood located behind the tele bridge gives the guitar a bigger, rounder sound than a traditional tele style body, yet you always have the open "Surf" feel.

The Neck features vintage style radius with a sweet solid Rosewood fingerboard. The 2 3/16" Heel width is cut the same as the traditional "Strat" heel rout- and is compatible with replacement "Strat" necks. The Bodies are cut from Kiln Dried Alder, chosen specifically for lightweight and tight grain pattern.

The 21 Medium Jumbo Nickel Silver frets are hand leveled and dressed at the factory for perfect playability. We've put solid brass barrel saddles on the steel bridge, for that classic combination of sustain and warmth. This is a true vintage style string-through bridge with chromed brass ferules on the rear. Each Xaviere guitar undergoes our rigorous Quality Control process at our Boston Shop.
