All Credit Card and Paypal orders will go through strict address verification procedures. If your bill-to and ship-to addresses are different you most likely will receive a message from our staff asking for additional verification. We take security seriously, and no personal information will be disclosed to any third party source. Credit card numbers are not stored in our system. As part of our security measures, we are unable to ship to transient addresses or third party mail services such as Hotels, PO Boxes not in the name of the cardholder or Mailboxes etc. locations. |

| GF Sales Inc. warrants this unit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the unit should malfunction, it must be returned to GF Sales for evaluation. Upon examination by GF Sales, if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. For USA based customers; if the unit is found to be defective and is repaired or replaced all shipping charges will be reimbursed to the customer; if a replacement is not available a refund of the original purchase price will be offered. GF Sales WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper or unauthorized repair, or unauthorized modification. This WARRANTY is VOID if the unit has been sold to a third party (not the original purchaser), the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion or current, heat, moisture, vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse or other operating conditions outside of GF Sales control. GF Sales is pleased to offer suggestions on the use of its various products. However, GF Sales neither assumes responsibility for any omissions or errors nor assumes liability for any damages that result from the use of its products in accordance with information provided by GF Sales, either verbal or written. GF Sales warrants only that the parts manufactured by it will be as specified and free of defects.
