Return Policy:

-Within 10 Days of Order Receipt


We are ALWAYS happy to take back any item purchased on our website for a full cash refund, as long as the item is shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt and is not modified or altered in any way. If the item came with instructions, accessories or packaging materials, all must be present to process a refund. Please email [email protected] before returning. does NOT charge a restocking fee for items returned in as-new condition. We refund the original purchase price of the item in question less shipping. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.


-Within 60 Days of Order Receipt

We will gladly issue Store Credit Code for all items returned within 60 days, as long as they are returned with all original packaging.


If you would like to return an item for exchange to another item, we will be happy to issue a Store Credit Code which can be used during checkout of your next order. Your Store Credit Code will be emailed to the email address included on your original order. Please email [email protected] if you would like to exchange an item or return it for store credit. 

-Defective Items


If you have received an item that you feel is defective or not as advertised- PLEASE give us the chance to replace it for you at our expense- If you want a refund due to your initial disappointment, please refer to our standard return instructions above.

We will pay for return shipping of defective items within 60 days of delivery. 

We process returns and exchanges once a week- so please give us at least 5 business days from the receipt of your package to process your return. 



Sorry, once a pickup's leads are cut we cannot refund the purchase, but are happy to issue a Store Credit Code.



If we receive a return package without being contacted first, we will not be able to process the return. Contact [email protected] before returning.



Blems, Clearance, and Demos

All products marked either "Blem" or "Demo" are sold as Final Sale Items. Guitars purchased in our Clearance section are Final Sale, and may be returned only for store credit. They still carry a full one year warranty.

Refused Package Returns

Packages returned to Guitarfetish due to a refused delivery, packages returned as Unclaimed by foreign Customs Offices, or returned due to incorrect address information provided during checkout, may be subject to return shipping fees or restocking fees. 


By phone is an online vendor only, we cannot take orders by telephone. We have no retail store, no commissioned salespeople and no telephone order taking staff, or telephone support staff. We've stripped down our crew to offer wholesale direct prices. We DO support our customers 100% and are more than happy to answer any of your questions via email.
