I can find no functional difference between these excellent tuners and the far more expensive "branded" models, and the beautiful cast machines really are smooth as hell!- I've seen these retailing for $90 in Gold finish-
If your guitar has had "Modern" tuners with screw-down bushings- your holes are too large for these tuners, and you'll need a set of "Conversion Bushings"
