You must receive a return authorization before returning any item(s).

Within 10 Days of Order Receipt


We are ALWAYS happy to take back any item purchased on our website for a full cash refund, as long as the item is shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt and is not modified or altered in any way. If the item came with instructions, accessories or packaging materials, all must be present to process a refund. All items must be shipped back in proper packaging, i.e. outer carton, bubble wrap, or other means to protect product from shipping damage. The product carton alone is not sufficient packaging. Please email [email protected] before returning any item. does NOT charge a restocking fee for items returned in as-new condition. We refund the original purchase price of the item in question less shipping. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.


Within 60 Days of Order Receipt

We will gladly issue Store Credit for all items returned within 60 days as long as they are returned with all original packaging and have not been modified or altered in any way.

If you would like to return an item for exchange to another item, we will be happy to issue Store Credit to your account made on the website which can be used during checkout of your next order. If you have not made an account on the website, please do so using your email address before contacting [email protected]. 

Defective Items


If you have received an item that you feel is damaged, defective, or not as advertised, we must be notified within 10 days. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a return label and replace the item with the same or similar product. If you want a refund due to your initial disappointment, please refer to our standard return instructions. If the item is damaged during shipping, we will work with the respective mailing service so that they can perform their damage investigation before the item can be replaced. 


We process returns and exchanges once a week- so please give us at least 5 business days from the receipt of your package to process your return. 

Sorry, once a pickup's leads have been cut we cannot refund the purchase, but we are happy to issue Store Credit as long as it is returned to us with all original packaging and instructions.



If we receive a returned package without being contacted first, we will not be able to process the return. Contact [email protected] before returning any item to us.



Blems, Clearance, and Demos

All products marked "Blem", "Clearance", or "Demo" are sold as Final Sale items. Any item purchased from our Clearance section are Final Sale and may only be returned for Store Credit. 

Refused Package Returns

Packages returned to Guitarfetish due to a refused delivery, packages returned as "Unclaimed" by foreign Customs Offices, or packages returned due to incorrect address information provided during checkout, may be subject to return shipping fees or restocking fees.
