If UPS is chosen as the carrier of your package, please note that they do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a package is returned to us because a PO Box was given as the address, the order will be refunded minus shipping costs. We reserve the right to change the requested shipping service for any order based on shipment size and weight or due to the provided shipping address.
Please allow 3-10 business days for any orders containing guitars, necks and/ or bodies, cases, and custom hand wired pickguards to ship.
We are not able to guarantee delivery of any order by a certain date or time.
We cannot complete orders shipping to hotels, motels, or any other temporary address, including but not limited to PO Boxes or similar not in the same name as the cardholder, or to Freight Forwarding companies.
We are unable to complete orders with billing and shipping addresses in different countries. We are unable to ship to APO and FPO addresses.
For orders with different billing and shipping addresses that are in the same country we may require ID confirmation from the customer.
Package insurance is required for all orders over $100.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday days.
