This XGP Tele body is now lighter in weight, with an average weight of under 5 lbs! We rout each body to exact 1961 Telecaster body specs... using MY OWN 1961 Tele Custom as the template. This is a level of quality that YOU HAVE NOT SEEN at anything near this price. The body is predrilled- with six top holes that line up perfectly with all vintage-correct tele bridges, and 6 rear ferrules holes that fit perfectly with our vintage sized ferrules. This body has the traditional Tele single coil rout, and accommodates all GFS pickups as well as Genuine Fender brand pickups perfectly. These are FULL VINTAGE THICKNESS- a bit over 1 3/4" thick! The neck pocket is routed to a vintage correct 2 3/16" width, and fits our necks and most real Fender Brand necks perfectly.
