I own a 'closet full' of high end Gibson, Fender and Gretsch guitars, but this little SL-50 plays, sounds and performs as good as or BETTER than any of my high end axes. I am now using it as my main 'go-to' guitar, and my music associates love the sound and look. This guitar has perfect intonation and action. Sound is fabulous. Hardware is top-of-the-line quality. The design innovations are very creative, such as the adjustable wrap around bridge, angled head stock and direct mounting of the pickups. Slick did it RIGHT and thought things out carefully.
